Welcome to ReferKnight. By accessing our platform and submitting a referral request, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Platform Purpose & Scope

ReferKnight connects job seekers with corporate employee referrers. We manually screen applicants and refer eligible candidates. We currently restrict our services to BPO positions based in Ahmedabad.

2. Independent Status

ReferKnight operates as an independent service. We are not officially affiliated with, sponsored by, or partner to any of the companies where employee referrals are submitted. We are a pipeline that utilizes individual employees' participation in official corporate employee referral programs.

3. The Interview Guarantee

The "guaranteed interview" status applies only *after* we evaluate your profile, accept it, and successfully submit the employee referral. We retain absolute discretion regarding whether an applicant meets the minimum eligibility requirements to be referred. Submitting an application on this platform does not constitute an immediate referral submission.

Final hiring, offer letters, compensation packages, and selection criteria are decided entirely and solely by the hiring company. ReferKnight has no influence or authority over company hiring decisions.

4. Fees & Charges

Our services are 100% free of charge for candidates. We will never ask you to pay placement fees, processing fees, security deposits, or training charges. Any person claiming to represent ReferKnight and asking for financial payment is unauthorized and fraudulent.

5. Candidate Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, honest, and truthful information regarding your qualification, experience, city, and English communication rating. Falsified documents, qualifications, or inaccurate information will result in immediate disqualification and removal from future referral programs.

6. Limitation of Liability

ReferKnight and its operators shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising out of your use of the website, failure to secure a referral, rejection by a hiring company, or cancellation of any interview loops.
