We use the collected information solely for screening and referral purposes:

• To submit your application details as an employee referral directly inside the hiring company's portal.
• To contact you regarding the status of your referral request.

We will never sell, lease, or distribute your personal data to third-party marketing companies. Your data is strictly forwarded to the target hiring company once your referral is accepted.

Your application details are handled securely. We do not store your data or uploaded resumes in any persistent database on our servers. The details are forwarded immediately via secure email protocols to the internal reviewer's inbox.
