We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Support Associates for our premier international non-voice chat & email process. In this role, you will assist global customers via live chat and email support, resolve product or service queries, provide technical support, and ensure high satisfaction. Candidates must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, managing night shifts, and handling customer interactions with empathy, speed, and professionalism.

Requirements & Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (English proficiency rating 7/10 or above)
Available for on-site work and in-person interviews in Ahmedabad
Highest qualification: Graduate or 12th Pass
Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts (5-day work week)
Good typing speed and basic computer troubleshooting skills
